A little bit about me

Hello all moms, dads, grandma's and grandpas! My name is Belle and I am 21 years old. I live in Newnan, and have been working restaurant jobs ever since I was 16 years old. I'm on Nanny Lane because I felt like it was time to relax and focus more on my main goal which is to achieve my real estate license, so being at home and working online is a necessity. I am still looking for an active income in the meantime! I grew up around children and have three nieces under the age of three that I help take care of during my free time. I was CPR certified, but the pandemic revoked my credentials and I am looking into getting them renewed. I took a multitude of Paramedic and Nursing classes in high school and definitely have the general idea of what protocols deem necessary if your child needs medical attention. I currently have an open schedule, so what works for you, works for me! I hope to hear from you soon.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love cooking! I also love to read to kids if they are interested, help with any summer reading, play outside, go swimming if there is a neighborhood pool, or if they like to stay inside, we could play board games or watch a movie!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I used to be babysat as a child, and now being the babysitter makes me remember my relationship with the babysitter I used to have. I want the kids I babysit for to see me the same way I saw my babysitter. It makes me feel nostalgic and I love making them feel like I’m their best friend that they can feel comfortable around.

My experience with special needs children...

I haven’t had any experience with special needs children yet. Although I would love to find a way to start!

The most important part about being a nanny...

The girls I babysat before used to let me read them to bed and asked me to squeeze into the middle of them so they can put their head on my shoulders “like mommy let’s them do.” It was always so cute.
