She's not only responsible, reliable, communicative, and exercises good judgement (which frankly, I think is the baseline for a nanny)--Bethany is warm, engaging, and models being an emotionally mature person for my kids. When my kids are having some big feelings, she will get on their level, acknowledge them, and then be firm in the guidance they need--she doesn't hit the easy button and let them have their way.
