The most important part about being a nanny...
Is that my children trust in me as their guardian. Knowing that I will do anything and everything to ensure their safety and well being. I always give my children that I'm caring for my 100% undivided attention. Never making them feel any less important than they truly are!

Sometimes being a new nanny can be rough, kids don't always adjust very well, that being said, after a rough morning due to screaming 16 month old, a defiant 4 yo, and a "whatever" attitude 11 yo, I didn't give up or faulter in showing the kids I had nothing but kind intentions and that I wasn't their enemy. Soon after awhile, the baby stopped screaming and allowed me to hold her, the 4 yo realized it didn't bother me that he was throwing his toys everywhere and soon began helping me pick them up, but the greatest accomplishment is when I am able to get the 2 youngest down for a nap, and the older one is helping me sort the household laundry telling me about the latest drama between her 3 best friends... Kids are a true test of how much patience one truly has. My patience for an innocent soul will never faulter. I could spend all day showing my children I care for that they can trust me and know that I will give them nothing but love and kindness.
