This helps facilitate the trust and respect needed in order for them to grow while accepting guidance from me. And I absolutely love learning about each child I work with.
I have worked with kiddos in home for 3 years, with each kid varying on the scale of low to high support needs. All children, under my care, are supported in achieving their goals whether that be brushing teeth independently or learning age appropriate coping skills.
