Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I currently work at a country club where they have something called “the kids den”. Parents drop their kids off to play for a couple hours while they go to dinner or to have some drinks. The kids range in ages anywhere from 1-12 and there can be quite a lot of children in the room at once. I have learned so much about caring for kids while working there. I’ve learned a lot about different approaches you have to take towards different kids to handle situations, and how to simmer down disagreements within the kids.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love helping kids learn new things, such as teaching them a new game or showing them how to draw something. It’s the little things that make watching kids so fulfilling, I taught a little girl how to use scissors the right way and the way her face lit up when she finally did it right made me so happy.

Helping children learn and grow while also having fun with them. I love opportunities where I can teach a kid something about life while also keeping it interesting for their wondering minds!
