The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe the most important part of being a nanny is creating relationships based on trust, respect, and understanding. The nanny-family bond should feel mutually beneficial, with a focus on treating each other like the individual humans we are; while also respecting the Whole unit. The most important part of being a nanny is being helpful to the Whole, and blending in with the family in a way that puts everyone at ease.
