A little bit about me

I have recently returned to the US after 18 years living and working in China. As a teacher in China, I was responsible for 20-25 students on a daily basis with one other teacher. our daily responsibilities included 3 meals, exercise, creative game play, naptime, nature walks with lessons all with an emphasis on safety and good hygiene. Children in China attend "kindergarten" as young as 1 and we will be their teacher's until the y move to 1st grade. So, I have a lot of experience with ages 1-6. My kids are a girl (10) and a boy (18) So I am good with the older kids too.
I am a very responsible and capable person. as a father myself I know how to have fun and create educational games. I am also a pretty good cook (my kids prefer my cooking over my wife's). While I am getting my teaching credentials I would love to continue working with children as it keeps me young.
