I’ve previously played basketball at the college and professional level overseas (so a HUGE sports gal) but have also worked in various settings that allow me to still pour into youth athletes and adults on their fitness journey! I love having a good time and also trying new things that push me past my limits such as training for various competitions, small challenges like reading a book a month, or just getting out of my comfort zone to continue to grow! I am a Christ follower and try to build and remain strong in my faith while navigating the everyday craziness of life!!!
