Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love being outside, going on walks, being creative with activities and making crafts to help them at their developmental level, being active, baking, going to the library and zoo, taking the kids on excursions, etcetera.
Some top favorites my previous nanny kiddos loved were: all things sports, baking, dolls, and ultimate hop-scotch.

The most important part about being a nanny...
- To help make the kids’ childhood fun, while supporting them and teaching them little things as they grow.
- To be another person the kids can trust to look to and to keep them safe.
- To help keep the home tidy and alleviate pressure for the parents when they’re done with work, so they can focus on the family when they get home instead of the To-Do list.

The most important part about being a nanny...
There’s so many it’s really hard to choose just one. A few highlights are:
- On my last day of nannying with my previous family, the kids made an “All About Miss Bri” sheet answering questions about me and their favorite things to do with me, and it’s one of the sweetest things I’ve gotten.
- I was brought a paper covered in scribbles, and was told it was a note she wrote me. When I asked her what it said, she ‘read’ it to me; saying that she loved me, and thanked me for all that I do and for coming there all of the time.
- There was a week where I was not watching the kids due to the youngest beginning elementary. After a week of not seeing them, I picked them up from school. During the dismissal at the doors, the youngest saw me and yelled out “Miss Bri!!!” running up to me and jumped into my arms.
- With the family I was with for 5 years, they loved making “ultimate hopscotch” where we would cover the driveway in a huge hopscotch obstacle course. They played for hours!

Live-In Full-Time Nanny Available in East Grand Rapids, MI: Julissa T.
Hello! I am looking to help out a family any way that I can through childcare. I have worked at a daycare with over 40 children for about 3 years and I am First-Aid and CPR certified. I am young (17, almost 18), but I am very good with children and confident that I can handle whatever comes my way. I love any age of children and I have previously worked with children ages: 2-9 and have gained about 6 families in the last year. I am a fun, tidy, and loving childcare giver and desire to help kids become respectful, kind, and emotionally intelligent individuals. I am a Christian and hold Christian values and that will show in the way I love, respect, and give your children grace, and I am hoping
to find a family that shares the same values as me.
