Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was an Infant and toddler teacher at the Cal State University ITLS lab school, I also volunteered 25 hours a week at their children's center that has children age groups 4-10 years old. I also was a preschool assistant teacher at the Chaffey College child development center for over a year serving children ages 18 months-5 years old. Lastly I currently substitute teach for Redlands unified school district serving children ages 6-14.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love to spend time outdoors, crafting up fun and developmentally appropriate activities, puzzles and games, sports or fine motor activities are also loved. I really believe in child directed activities, following their lead on what they enjoy doing and turning it academic/ skill growing for them.
