One of the biggest things i think is important about being a nanny is to hear the child and the parent out. Without having communication with either of them you never know what happens and goes on. I think this is so important to be able to have a good bond with both the child and the parents!

One of my favorite moments I had while babysitting was when I was with a sweet little girl we had been playing for hours and she asked me to braid her hair so i did. Once i was done she gasped as though she loved her braid and asked to braid my hair. It was the sweetest thing ever and i agreed, in the end we had such a great time!
