I have a wonderful nanny job in Charlotte NC. This family the oldest is immunocompromised, also worked with special needs. These are some things I did with my past families and expectations: arranging and going on play dates. Apple, blueberry, pumpkin picking. To/from school either bus or car rides. Outings include swim practice, karate, storytime, play ground, etc. Going to hike at the lake. In the summer going Swimming or going to the sprinkler park. We would have sleep over parties to give mom and dad some time to themselves. And more….
