My name is Bridget St.Laurent and I am 27 years old, the oldest of five, and a mindset/health coach for women.

I love working with kids since I was younger. My first paying gig was babysitting my younger cousins/siblings. My experience with babysitting improved just by always having to babysit a relative’s baby. I myself have a younger brother with special needs so extra care and patience is my specialty.
