A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Brittany Arnesen, I am 36 years old in and I am currently seeking a full time position as a nanny. I am a mother myself to a 16 year old son and a 2 year old daughter, so I guess you can say I have quite the experience with children. I absolutely adore working with kids, most of my experience working hands on with others has been in the Senior community. I have 16 years in the health field and enjoyed every minute of that as well. I am currently working at a daycare and as I do love that very much, I am hoping to find something more personable and one on one. With that being said, I am so hoping to find a family that would be okay and open to me bringing my two year old to work with me. I was lucky enough to care for an elderly women who enjoyed my daughters company as a bonus, but unfortunately she has since passed. So I am eager to see if there will be anyone willing to allow that, as I am very confident in my work ethic and give 200% while caring for others.

I enjoy doing crafts and playing games, dancing, gardening outside, going to the zoo, activities that get our bodies moving!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Being able to help guide them, help them grow and learn skills that will help them be successful. And also bringing some added joy to their day to day. I have a playful spirit and love to make the best of every situation that comes my way.

My experience with special needs children...

I worked with young adults that had intellectual and learning disabilities for about 5 years, through The Mentor Network, Northeast Residence and Mary T inc. Such a fun/learning experience!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I have not had the opportunity to be a nanny, as this is my first time searching! I am super excited to get to know new people and help be apart of their child's learning development and growth! And to have some fun overall :)
