Hi I'm Brittany, I am a transfer sophomore at ISU majoring in social work. A little about me; I am about to turn 20, I have my own car here, I'm an optimistic hard worker, my hobbies include hiking, baking, hanging with friends, and listening to podcasts. I started working with kids in middle school helping babysit and then throughout Highschool. After Highschool i worked at a daycare for little over a year. At the daycare I was an assistant float teacher, so I worked in every room which ranges from 6 weeks to 6 years old. I loved it so much, the kids and the experience I've gained, although because of Covid I think it's in my best interest to not work in a daycare setting and rather with a family. I'm super excited for the opportunity to work one on one with a family.With the kids I like to do many activities such as, arts and crafts, baking, puzzles, building, playing outside, homework (or virtual learning) and my personal favorite dance parties!
