Hello my name is Brittany Searle and I am 24 years old. I have a 3 year old daughter and I have had experience with childcare pretty much since I was a teenager. I have always provided childcare for close friends and family around me along with providing car rides for friends children to and from school and/or daycare. I am also a stay-at-home mom along with doing Instacart grocery deliveries and Doordash food deliveries here and there for extra cash if necessary. I enjoy having a job that is loving what I do & also being able to have a flexible schedule to spend time with my daughter. I joined Nanny Lane to be able to provide quality child care that I always wanted for my own daughter ! It's not only a job but an actual career for my future plans to open a daycare 🙂

I first started out being a TA at a Montessori for 1yr. Daily schedules consisted of preparing meals for the kids , stimulation/developmental growth activities, outdoor play , and nap time . I enjoyed the Montessori and experience so I decided to work for private families. I was a babysitter for about 2yrs looking after infants and toddlers. Within those 2yrs there was a family seeking a full time nanny and I took the position! I was with this family for 2years when I took the position the children were 3months and 2yrs old .
