Hello parents! My name is Brittney, I'm 32 and in the Greenwood area.
About Me: Caring, nurturing, enthusiastic, patient, and reliable are words that describe me. I have over 10 years experience working in child care with ages ranging from 6 weeks to 5 years old. 8 years in daycare setting and as of recent a nanny/baysitter. I provide a peace of mind to parents. I will ensure your child(ren) will be treated as if they were my own in a loving and safe environment. I love planning activities each week in or outside be it arts and crafts, sensory play, or field trips (park, beach, museums etc.). Along with teaching the age appropriate activities for each developmental phase. I believe in open communication and want the parent to be in the know every step of the way. "During Brittney’s time with our family, she gave our daughter full time care and was very flexible when we needed to adjust her typical schedule. She was very punctual and reliable. The leaps our daughter made developmentally while she was in Brittney’s care were unbelievable. A couple of examples would be eating solid foods and learning to crawl. We were very impressed with how she motivated her to accomplish so many milestones in the few months she was with us. Additionally, Brittney was very proactive to research solutions whenever our daughter was having any type of issue. She was able to assist us with many situations by giving us options to solve issues relating to feeding, excessive crying, and stomach issues. She was very in tune to our daughter & cared for her like she was her own. She would always update us during the day with their activities so we always knew she was safe and having fun!
