My mother was a licensed in home daycare provider for 41 years. As a child and into my young adulthood, I grew up surrounded by children of all ages. I would sub for her on numerous occasions while she went to appointments, etc. I’ve also volunteered as an AWANA leader at my church, which involves working with children. I worked as a kids club attendant at a gym for 4 years and I currently work at a daycare center as an assistant teacher.
