The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and trustworthy environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. I believe in building strong relationships with both the children and their families, encouraging learning through play, supporting each child's individual needs, and serving as a positive role model while helping them grow, explore, and gain confidence.

My favorite nanny moment was seeing the children accomplish something they had been working hard on and celebrating their excitement and pride. Whether it was learning a new skill, completing a craft, or reaching a milestone, being able to encourage them, watch their confidence grow, and share in those special moments was the most rewarding part of being a nanny.
