I have a brother with Autism and he is a super sweet kid and I have grown up with him and I understand how things effect him/others differently weather it is sensory or emotionally and I also know that everything is not the same for all kids weather it’s their views on life or the way they learn and understand things.

My Favorite nanny moment is when a kid(4) I was overnight nannying for was upset because his sister(7) said something mean to him and he came to me saying what was wrong and that he really needed a hug, this moment showed how he trusted me and wanted me to be there for him when he was upset instead of being mean back to his sister.
