Hi! I’m Brynn! I recently graduated with a degree in Human Development & Family Studies and am moving to Wichita. I’ve always loved working with kids and building genuine relationships with them. I have experience through youth ministry, childcare, volunteering, and caring for my younger sister with special needs, which has taught me a lot about patience, flexibility, and responsibility.

I’m fun, dependable, and someone who genuinely enjoys being involved! I love walks, parks, crafts, music, little adventures, and keeping kids engaged. I’m also happy to help with meals, kids’ laundry, tidying, errands, and whatever helps make a family’s day run a little more smoothly.

I’m hoping to find a family I can really get to know and become a trusted, long-term part of their lives!

"My girls LOVED Brynn! She was so interactive with them. She stayed engaged with them the entire time she was there and she led interactive play. She is so sweet but was also able to correct with love when needed and didn’t let them take advantage of her! She was able to cook, cleaned up after everyone, do bath time and bed time. She was very responsible and always on time. She was flexible if plans changed and always willing to help on short notice or stay a bit longer if needed. Her strong moral character was very much appreciated as well."

Relevant experience where I cared for children includes working in youth ministry, volunteering with youth groups and children’s programs, caring for my younger sister with special needs since high school, and my internship at a child advocacy center. I also have experience leading activities, building relationships with kids and teens, and creating safe, supportive environments for them.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love doing anything that gets kids off screens and having fun! Parks and playgrounds, walks, crafts, baking, reading, music and dancing, games, library trips, exploring new places, and little adventures around town. I’m also happy to follow their interests and get creative with whatever they’re excited about!

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny is making kids feel safe, loved, and comfortable being themselves. I think it’s important to be someone they can trust, but also someone who will play with them, laugh with them, and make everyday life fun. I want kids to feel like they’re genuinely cared for and know that I’m always in their corner.

My experience with special needs children...

I have years of hands-on experience caring for my younger sister who has special needs. Growing up alongside her has taught me patience, flexibility, attentiveness, and how to meet each child’s individual needs. I’m comfortable helping with routines, activities, daily care, and creating a safe and encouraging environment.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments is when a child gets completely excited about something small—whether it’s finding a cool rock on a walk, making a very questionable craft, or proudly showing me something they created. I love those little moments when you can tell they feel comfortable being completely themselves around you. Those are the moments that make working with kids so special to me!
