The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part to me is always putting the child first. I know for some teens their phone is everything but if you nanny then the child comes first. This is why I only check my phone if someone texts or calls but will be on my phone no longer than a few minutes at a time if it is important if not their is no reason to do anything but check it and put it down.

My favorite moment was when I was Nannying for this little girl she out of the blue looked over at me and said that I was her favorite babysitter she’s ever had. I felt like I was actually doing a good job at something that makes me happy.
