A little bit about me

Hello! I am a recent graduate from the University of Kansas and am looking for a summer gig before moving to Chicago for nursing school! I have worked at a childcare center/preschool for a total of 3 years and spent the majority of my time there in the infant (0-walking) and toddler/twos classrooms. This job has provided me with great hands-on learning experience and extensive training on how to care for young infants through preschool-age children. I also have experience in babysitting all kinds of ages of children since I was about age 15. As you can probably tell, I have a passion for caring for children! I also worked as a swim lesson instructor, lifeguard, and pool manager for 6 years, and therefore have my CPR and First aid training and am very confident in these skills.
