I love running around, playing outside, going to the park and just overall getting to be outdoors. I also love doing indoor activities like board games, arts and crafts, coloring. I’m also all for getting off screens as much as possible and teaching kids to spend time in the present.
My experience with special needs children...
I grew up with a special needs cousin and spent a lot of time with her, learning her needs and accommodating her. I was also in a program in my old high school where we spent time with the special needs students of all types, helping them socialize, playing games, and working on projects.
