Personal experience includes a lifetime of being the older sibling caring for the youngsters as well as being a parent to my own four year old daughter. Professional experience includes 2 years of employment as lead caregiver for a new born nursery, holding 11 infants, and one year as lead teacher for K3 class, with 16 students I cared for effectively/efficiently.

Indoor activities would be appropriate for the Childs age. The majority would be hands on activities with limited amount of time on electronics.
Outdoor activities may consist of physical activities, possibly going for walks in stroller, water activities if parents give authorization to have water sprinklers/pools/water balloons etc.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most heart warming child care related moment was when I was teaching K-3 and had the opportunity to really bond with kids and parents to the point where when I had have surgery that several of my students wrrr brought by their parents to visit me in the hospital and at home recovering. It was so appreciative and made me feel so valued as a value in their kids life.
