To me, the most important part about being a nanny is that you set a good example for them, and be a good role model. It is also important to be involved with the children as much as possible, to create a good bond with them!

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was when I went to get the little boy out of his crib after taking a nap, and he gave me the biggest smile ever, and put his arms out to give me a hug. It just made me feel so special, and felt good to know that I had a connection with my nanny boy.

I like to say I “grew up raising children”. I have experience with kids of all ages from babies just a few weeks old to kids in grade school. I’ve done this my whole life and have always loved being around kids, and also have experience with special needs children. I’m very clean so keeping the house tidy throughout the day, cooking, things like that are no problem.
I also have a son of my own who is 18 months old. I don’t want to put him in daycare so I’m trying to find a job I can bring him to and still enjoy. I think this would be perfect for everyone involved, seeing as the child I would care for would have a little buddy to play with and so would my son:)
