I babysat for several different families growing up, starting when I was twelve. I have been a counselor at numerous church camps, outdoor camps, and sports camps. I spent the last semester at college volunteering over 60 hours in second and third grade classrooms and my high school senior project involved over 60 hours working with fourth graders. I have also taught Spanish to fifth graders after school and helped mentor younger students in high school. From June to October of 2009 I worked as a live-in summer nanny for a family with 15 month old twin girls and a three year old girl. From October of 2009 until August of 2010 I worked as a nanny for a three year old girl. In August of 2010 I moved to South Korea for a year and a half to teach English in three separate middle schools. Returning home in February of 2012 I was hired as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher in a learning center where I worked for over a year. In the summer of 2013 I moved to Virginia to be a live-in nanny for a family with an eight year old girl and and en year old boy. I stayed with them until the end of August 2014 when I returned to Idaho to be closer to family. In September I started substituting and am currently still guest teaching in all grade levels and subjects.

I have always loved children even from a young age. At 21 years of age and married 1 year, I have a strong maternal instinct. I have been babysitting since I was around 10 years old and have never tired of the joys involved with caring for children. I have a particular fondness for infants and toddlers as I have family friends and cousins with small children whom I have frequently cared for. I love children and enjoy caring for them in all ways.

I have been babysitting since the age of 12 for a few different familes and well as my own. The one that gave me the most exp./joy was starting out with baby Emma as a newborn and continuing untill she is 8 with her two little sister along the way. I have been with this family all the way and loved every moment. I have also worked as a caregiver for 2years with mental/physical handi-cap clients. That alone gave me so much experience. I love kids and can't wait to start getting to know yours!

Every childcare experience I have had has been rewarding and successful. Growing up I babysat in the summer and on weekends during the school year. For six years now, providing childcare has been my job. Even when the job gets challenging I enjoy teaching the children and watching them grow into young adults. I love being around children and creating a bond with them. Every past childcare experience has been perfect.
