My favorite nanny moment was when a baby I had been caring for since he was just one month old turned three months and began smiling and laughing with me. It felt really special because it showed he recognized me and felt comfortable in my care. Moments like that mean a lot to me, because building trust and making children feel safe is always my top priority. I truly care for every child I look after.
