Empty nester Mom from Carlsbad with grown kids, that cares for babies part time. Paid for our son’s college, and still paying off our daughter’s college.

I was a stay at home Mom, volunteered in my kid’s classrooms, and for their sports teams for years. Also worked with middle school children.

I currently nanny part time for a sweet baby that I’ve been with since 2 months old. I absolutely love it! I’ve assisted families sleep train with the Ferber method.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was a stay at home Mom and my children whom are 2 years apart. They’re wonderful adults now. My son graduated college, and my daughter is in her Senior year of college.

I volunteered for elementary, middle school and sports clubs working with kids.

I was also a Nanny during my college years back in the 90’s.

I just finished 10 months with my last family, and I’m still currently still caring part time for a 2.5 year old whom I have been with since she was 6 weeks old! It’s magical being able to experience seeing babies hit different milestones. I absolutely love being able to care for them!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Reading to them, walking, talking, playing, and turning even the most simple things into an educational lesson, going to the park, being outdoors a lot, having fun! Nurturing, and making sure they feel safe and so loved.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Loving and nurturing children, making them feel safe, loved and happy. Keeping them busy and entertained, and making sure they’re having fun! Making sure the parents feel happy knowing their child is being cared for like I would my own.

I absolutely love the families I work for, I always show up on time and have never missed a day that I was scheduled, besides the rare occasion of viral illness and not wanting to spread anything to the baby/family. My families will attest to that!

My experience with special needs children...

I worked with special needs middle school aged kids for over 2 years for Temecula Unified School District. I really enjoyed working with the kids and it was an honor to be with them.
