A little bit about me

Hi parents! My name is Carlea. I am an appending graduate of Appalachian State in May 2022, with a bachelors in Business Admin and minor in Spanish! Though my degree may be in Business, my heart is with children. I adore working with children of all ages, through all of their unique stages of life! My wish is to make your littles feel safe and loved, while promoting an environment that promotes growth and learning.
I was a lifeguard for 6 years, so I am well versed in CPR and first aid training. Happy to renew my certifications if this would make you feel more comfortable.
I am moving to Raleigh in August 2022, as I am marrying the love of my life, Parker, and we are planting our roots here. I am ideally looking for a full-time position with your littles. Also happy to provide references from previous families I have worked for!

My favorite (and saddest) moment in my nannying career was saying goodbye to the 1 year old I had the privilege of loving on each day for the last time. She counted to 10 (like I worked with her on throughout our days), gave me a peace sign (our signature pose), and biggest squeeze.
