I am blessed to have had several experiences teaching children.

I worked as a nanny for two wonderful girls (ages 2 and 4)

I have worked as a teacher assistant in Hand in Hand Christian Montessori as well as a toddler/infant teacher at Eagan Cliff Road Kindercare.

I have also worked as a secretary and "snuggler" at Angel's Arms Ministry.

I have also been a proud big sister to two little brothers since I was 10 and a babysitter from the time I was 14.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

It is beautiful to watch the imagination of a child playing make-believe and there is no better place to play this than the outdoors.

Your child can be a secret spy going on a mission, an astronaut preparing to go to the moon, or using his/her creative mind to build an obstacle course.

It is so important to take advantage of all the benefits of being outside. Using chalk or bubbles and incorporating water play is a fun way for your child to move their bodies and minds and have fun.

When it comes to the time of day we need to relax our bodies, books are one of my favorite hobbies to share with a child. I also enjoy teaching practical skills such as cooking (using tools that are appropriate for their age group), building games, playing games, creating projects, and exploring science experiments.
