I supported them by following their individualized routines, using clear communication, and helping create a calm, encouraging environment. Even with just one child, it taught me patience, flexibility, and how to adapt activities so every child can participate and feel included.

My favorite nanny moment was when a child I’d been working with for a while finally mastered something they’d been struggling with, and they ran over to me bursting with excitement to show me.
