A pillow on the chair or couch and they can do what ever they feel to that pillow, hit, slap, talk to. or hug to rid themselves of anger, hurt feelings, or just don't feel good. I had a rocking chair that my children used to self soothe. I eat health. Cook healthy. No sugar to speak of. Fresh fruits. For treats, use olive oil and coconut oil to cook, bake with butter. Bake my own breads fresh each day, Week, and freeze
