I spent 6+ months teaching at Earlyheadstart in Stillwater, Ok while working on my degree. Once I graduated, I completed training and passed my Registered Behavior Technician exam, where I worked at a clinic with special needs for over a year.

My experience with special needs children...
Working one on one as a RBT for a special needs clinic for over a year, I was able to help with daily life skills and watch progression of each child. Whether that is helping with bathroom procedures, generalizing shapes, or imitating fine motor skills I found teaching children to be very rewarding.
