Hi!! My name is Caroline, I’m originally from Nashville, TN and I’m the youngest of 10 children! I started baby sitting when I was 11 years old and did that all through high school and a little in college. I have 10 nieces and nephews I’ve helped raise. But mainly, I’ve always enjoyed working with kids and I want to be a mom one day. I have lots of energy and would love to engage in all kinds of activities with your kiddos. Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love hiking, playing games, I love to go swimming, (I used to be a licensed swim instructor as well as lifeguard at the YMCA for 4 years)
I am a big fan of board games, Nintendo, etc.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Happiness and safety. I want the kids to enjoy being around me, I think creating a relationship makes it better for everyone. Helps the parents trust the nanny and vice versa. But more importantly, while the parents are gone, the kids should know they have someone they can trust nearby to help in anyway.

My experience with special needs children...

I used to be a behavioral technician at an ABA clinic (which is essentially behavioral therapy for children on the spectrum. I helped them learn how to regulate their feelings and pinpoint their emotions)

The most important part about being a nanny...

My very first gig at 11 years old, the kiddos were 6 month old twin girls and I baby sat them until they were 5. Years later, they’re now 13, found me on Instagram and have been wanting to catch up with me. (Their mom and I are still friends and she tells me they talk of me often) it truly melted my heart to know I had the same impact on them that they had on me. They taught me so much when I was a young girl about what it is to take care of children through so many different stages
