I have six years of childcare and education experience, gained at a Montessori preschool, at an elementary after-school nature program, at a summer camp as an assistant site supervisor, and at a daycare center caring for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. I've cared for children who have been diagnosed with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and learning disabilities. For each child I would build a positive relationship with them to learn their unique interests and needs. This foundation helps me to see the "why" behind each child's behavior and how best to support them in a way that is comfortable and accessible to them.
