Arts and Crafts, Karaoke, Journaling (it helps express feelings they felt that day), playing sports/playing outdoors, baking/cooking (I let them help with the little things like cracking an egg or mixing lol), sometimes we get a couple minutes of meditation and grounding time
( we take our shoes off and just meditate outside for a little helps wind down after a eventful day and helps getting them to bed a lil quicker! )
