Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
In New Jersey I was a site director at an elementary school where I would take care of so many kids at once until there guardians would pick them up. I would play games with them and made sure they did their homework and have fun! I would babysit for a few kids on the weekends as well to help out parents/guardians in need.
Since I've been in California I got a job as a tutor between the ages of 2-14 years old. I can teach older kids as well with school work!

I love playing any type of game with anyone! I'm very fond of board/card games, play house/dolls, go outside and play any outdoor game! I love to sing and dance, watch movies/shows, and cook/bake with children!

Getting to know your kids and know what they love. That way we are always able to have a good time!
My experience with special needs children...
I have taken care of kids who have autism and who have ADD/ADHD. I have taken care of kids who would frequently have tantrums which is okay because I am a good listener and will always try to talk to them about what is going on. I tutor a kid who is autistic as well and I always try to have fun with it to get them entertained!

I always love seeing the kids smile and then miss me when I leave. It tells me that I did a good job as a caregiver
