Hi! I’m Cassey, a nanny with over five years of professional childcare experience.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to build wonderful, long-term relationships with the families I’ve worked with—including three years with one family, over two years with another, and eight months with my most recent family. I’m always happy to provide references upon request!
I’m currently looking for a long-term, part-time nanny position.
My availability:
• Up to 30 hours per week Monday–Friday
• Preferably mornings through early afternoons, though I have some flexibility with daytime scheduling
• Unavailable for nights and weekends
A couple of things to know:
• I don’t provide transportation/drive children. I’ve chosen to keep this in place due to the additional safety and liability considerations involved. I’m absolutely happy to plan and attend activities and outings when a parent/guardian handles transportation/drop off.
• I do ask that we have a simple written nanny agreement in place.

My senior year of highschool I did an internship for a semester where I assisted twice a week in a first grade classroom.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy doing a variety of fun and educational activities with children, depending on their age and interests. I especially enjoy reading books, arts and crafts, outdoor play, going for walks, playing at the park, doing puzzles, baking, and creating fun learning activities. I also love encouraging children to use their imagination through pretend play, music, and creative projects. My goal is to make each activity enjoyable while helping children learn, explore, and build confidence.

The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and supportive environment where children can grow and thrive. Building trust with both the children and their parents is essential because it allows me to provide the best possible care while supporting the family's values and routines.

My experience with special needs children...

In highschool I assisted in our schools two special education classrooms. I participated in this for one semester of my junior year and loved it so much I did it again both semesters of my senior year.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments is seeing a child reach a milestone they have been working toward. Whether it is learning a new skill, trying something for the first time, or becoming more confident and independent, it is so rewarding to know that I was able to support and encourage them along the way. I especially love the little everyday moments, like when a child gets excited to see me or proudly shows me something they created. Those moments remind me how special and meaningful being a nanny can be.
