Over the years, I’ve discovered so many fun, hands-on activities that children absolutely love. I never mind a little mess—whether we’re painting, making ice art, or exploring sensory bins, I’m always happy to set it up and clean it up. I enjoy creating imaginative games that spark creativity while also incorporating skills like breathing techniques, emotional regulation, and simple life lessons. My goal is always to make learning feel exciting, comforting, and meaningful.

One of my favorite moments happened at an indoor playground while I was helping my nanny kid and a new friend build a block tower. At one point, the new friend grabbed a block out of my hand without asking. Before I could say anything, my nanny kid turned to them and gently said, “Please be kind to Miss Cassey.” Then he looked at me, took the block I was holding, and said, “May I use this? Thank you so much!” and went right back to building.
It was such a simple moment, but it showed me how deeply kids absorb the kindness, manners, and emotional skills we model for them every day. Moments like that remind me why I love what I do.
