Hi! My name is Cassiana, and I’m currently a student at UC San Diego, where I’m balancing my studies while working at UCSD Health. I’ve always loved working with kids and have had lots of hands-on experience—I’ve helped care for my younger cousins and I’m very involved in raising my 9-year-old sister. I have given swim lessons to toddlers as well as swim coach.These experiences have taught me how to be patient, attentive, and creative when it comes to keeping kids happy, safe, and engaged.

Before working at UCSD Health, I was a lifeguard, which is how I became CPR-certified. That role taught me to stay calm in emergencies, think quickly, and prioritize safety—skills I continue to carry with me, especially when caring for children.
