A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Cassidy, I'm in my fourth year at MSU studying Community Health. I was born and raised in Northern California and have spent most of my working career in childcare throughout high school and college. Although I currently work in a part-time healthcare position, prior I worked and trained at a Montessori preschool for 2 years. I have had the opportunity to work with diverse families in both home and preschool settings.
I personally strive to build strong, trusting relationships with both parents and children, maintaining open communication and tailoring my caregiving approach to meet the unique needs of each family. It is most important to provide a safe, loving and stimulating environment for anyone under my care. I really enjoy cooking and find it important for children in my care to always have a meal that provides for their personal needs.
In my personal free time I enjoy many outdoor activities, sewing, cooking and spending time with loved ones.
