Hi! I’m Cassondra Hanneman, a live-out nanny with over 15 years of experience working with children of all ages. I started helping in my grandmother’s daycare at age 12. I’ve worked with infants through school-age kids at Joy Child Development Center, preschoolers at Dodge City Community College daycare, and school-age children at The Salvation Army, where I led youth groups and created a summer program.
I also served as the Family Director at the YMCA, where I led after-school programs and summer camps focused on learning, play, and growth. I’m a mom of four teenagers and have a strong background in mental health, which helps me support kids emotionally and behaviorally.
