As a nanny I do not believe in punishing kids as that is the responsibility of the parents and every parent has a different parenting style. I respect that as long as the children aren't neglected or abused. However, I do believe in guiding children away from any negative behaviors they display while they are in my care. I believe communication between parents and nanny is very important to provide the care you expect for your children.
