I am currently a substitute teacher for gardner elementary school. I Also have a huge family with lots of kids ranging from 3 months to 16 years old! I've spent 100s of hours babysitting overnight and long days for my nieces as well as teenage brothers along with my professional nanny/child care experience.

I love to take the kids to the park, having a picnic, or explore nature trails. In the winter time we will sled, ice skate or make snow men!

It's important that the kids help with clean up time and learn fun ways to keep their home nice as well as show them that they're needed and appreciated in the home!

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part in caring for children is safety first. Staying mindful of allergies, objects that could be potentially dangerous ect... Second Is abiding by mom and dad's schedule, parenting style and house rules. A big priority of mine is making sure parents feel secure that I am helping shape their children into honest, confident, healthy children and doing it in a way they want!
Patience, communication skills, active time and keeping the body and brain moving is a huge part of growth and development and I do my best make sure that kids get a good mix of everything they might need!
