More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have worked as a Full-Time Nanny & House Manager for over 3 years, including over 7 families. I also taught as Primrose childcare prior to becoming a Professional Nanny.
I have experience caring for youth in my home, as well as their own. I’ve worked with children from infants up to fourteen years old.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love doing anything outside. Nature is refreshing, and there is always something to explore and learn about. I enjoy involving water where I can as well! Depending on the age I will alter the activities I set up for the children. Everything from obstacle courses to sensory bins! The more we do together, typically the easier the day is because children thrive so much off of anything new. I’m always trying to introduce things they have never experienced.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Personally, I believe the most important things about being a nanny are being flexibility, attentive, reliable, and patient. I think many people do not understand the amount of responsibility that comes with being a nanny. You become a staple in someone else’s life, and they will plan everything around when you are available to them! Very important that a nanny understands that.

My experience with special needs children...

In high-school I helped teach in the special needs classrooms for a full year. I did retain a lot of info, but would definitely need specific training to fulfill a current day position. Im open to the idea!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I had a bonus kiddo of two years, who I watched in my home weekly. On my last week before I relocated to Georgia, when we pulled up to my house, he said “my home” and I almost cried. He meant the world to me, and I still talk to and visit him to this day.
