I started being a nanny after I graduated from Winona State as my husband and I were both transferred to Dallas,TX for a 3 month old (Benjamin) while I was pregnant with my first child, Michael. When I took one year off of work having my daughter who had a rough child birth so she needed me and the love and support everyday and ended up after 2 years to be in the 99th% because I was working with her 24/7. I love children and babies in particular and I love to see how fast they learn. I started reading Dr Suess books while my son was 5 months sitting in his crib every night and he would even turn the pages for me. I believe that babies need to be spoken to in an adult nature- instead of talking baby talk. There’s no need for baby talk unless your playing but teaching them they way how adults speak they do the same thing. Their minds are sponges and I love when babies/children get to express themselves in a safe, loving snd caring household.
