A little bit about me

Hi! I’m Celeste. I’m 21 years old, a member of the SCBWI (society of children’s books illustrators and writers), an award winning singer-songwriter and barista in the morning (who doesn’t love coffee!). I’ve worked in afterschool classrooms for vocal coaching as well as summer camps for equine sports. I love animals, kids and storytelling. There’s nothing better than a good book, cuddling my dog (who is a trained service dog for celiac disease and went to college with me!) and drinking some warm tea. Babysitting is not a small responsibility. Someone is trusting me with the most important person in their life! Due to being a member of the SCBWI, I have sat in on multiple seminars talking about child development and media. It is incredibly important to me that the child feels cared for, happy and like they had fun. Life is too short to not have pajama parties and laugh (as long as our homework is done).
