A little bit about us
We have 4 well-behaved and smart children that need some extra hands-on help during the week for 2-3 days a week (can be a little different than listed as we are somewhat flexible) as we build up our businesses (we're entrepreneurs and love helping others in business-life). We have a smoke-free home, no pets, love God's Word, and are in need of someone who can help with meals, light housekeeping, guided play, reading aloud, some elementary-level education and preschool-aged basic schooling, and lots of interaction.
Our kids are: 7yo boy (loves ABCs, math, and is active), 5yo girl who is super creative (loves art and is more sensitive but lovely), and a 4yo girl who loves involvement but is a little shy at first and still naps in the afternoon. The 1yo just loves to be involved and still naps 2x daily. They have homeschool workbooks to occupy some time, and love to play with legos, puzzles, and read books. They are fun to play with and interact with.
We would love to see if you are the right fit for us.

A little bit about us
The primary focus of the assistance is for my youngest child, who is not yet of school age. I am looking for approximately two hours of assistance per day, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, as well as eight hours of assistance on one Saturday per week, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, for all three of my children.
There is a possibility that I may require additional hours of assistance in the future, as our needs may change. At present, however, we are primarily seeking childcare for respite purposes.
My family recently relocated from Wisconsin to Texas in April, and we do not have any family members living nearby. As such, we are seeking assistance in order to provide our children with the care and support they require. We are looking to hire someone who is familiar with children on the spectrum and their unique needs. The weekend assistance would consist of feeding lunch and dinner, taking them to the park (weather permitting), or engaging in fun and educational activities with them. There would be a Saturday premium of an additional $2 per hour for weekend assistance.
