More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
As an assistant and lead teacher in childcare settings including Montessori Radmoor, Tutor Time, and Kindercare. I have experience as a behavior technician at Acorn Health as well. My current line of work involves caring and overseeing staff who provide care for youth with physiocratic needs.
From the age of 12 to the present, I babysat and nannied 12 of my nieces and nephews, along with children of friends.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Outdoor activities! I love enjoying the sunshine, or playing in the snow, if the weather permits, outside is the move! I enjoy arts & crafts, being active, reading stories, and helping with homework (school is my jam!) I also enjoy teaching practical life skills based on youth ages.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe the most important part of being a nanny is having a passion and patience, as well as structure, to work with children. I feel as a nanny, you have to be willing to learn about the children you are working with and adapt to their environment to make them feel more comfortable and establish rapport that encourages trust.
My experience with special needs children...
Includes using ABA, CBT, and DBT techniques to work with children diagnosed with ASD, ADD/ADHD, bipolar, schizophrenia, and other psychological and developmental disorders.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Making a quidditch field out of everyday materials, broomsticks, and quidditch balls to play the awesome game from Harry Potter! I even bought a robotic golden snitch to fly around for the kids to catch. Afterwards, we watched some of the movies and made some of the goodies and drinks to enjoy while we watched.

Hello! My name is Kennedy, and I’m someone who loves working/taking care of children and would love to be a nanny to a happy family. I love baking, writing, singing, enjoying my time outside, and doing small but fun activities! I don’t have experience as a nanny, however, I’m willing to learn and be the best nanny I can be. I’m also a college student that goes to school full time, but I’m also willing to work around my school schedule if needed! I’m super excited to see where being a nanny takes me!
Babysitter Available in Lansing, MI: Kaylee W.
Hii! I’m Kaylee, I’m 19, and I love creating an environment where kids are able to enjoy themselves while also being safe. I would say I’m a very patient, dependable, and responsible person. I also think it’s really important to build trust with both the kids and the parents. I like to focus on fun time that’s not strictly on a screen like games, crafts, or outdoor activities. I also would be helpful with other things like homework, dishes, and meal prep, anything that could make your life a little easier! I strive to be the babysitter your kids look forward to seeing again!
